Dromana Family Doctors a friendly local clinic I've personally gone to for over 20 years , had a few different GPs along the way and all have been helpful and understanding. The girls at reception are also very nice and when my little dog was alive they would take him behind the counter and spoil him when I was seeing the doctors. Recent business practice changes and the cessation of Bulk Billing has had an impact on the patients specially the elderly who struggle to get by as is. So apart from that yeah there pretty good.

Amazing client care and customer service. The ladies at reception are so warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous about my appointment. Dr Daniel was lovely and very thorough with my concerns, acted extremely professional while also being personable. And Jess the nurse was just lovely and completely put my mind at ease during the procedure. I couldn’t recommend a better practice.

Great welcoming staff at reception. Dr Eeshara is always very obliging and is perfect for his profession. Never rushes you and is genuinely interested in his patients, listens and advises with empathy.

I have had an excellent experience at this Clinic. I recommend them very highly. The reception staff are pleasant, patient, courteous and efficient. Dr Martinez is caring, communicative, engaged and knowledgeable. All round a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

Very unprofessional conduct by nurse practice manager. Hung up on me and refused to book an appointment saying that she's allowed to do that and Drs have a right to refuse treatment. Not sure where she learnt nursing and needless to say I will be reporting the matter further
